Delivery time:
The expected delivery time for your order is between 4 and 9 working days. Please note that there are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Variable delivery time:
When you place an order with us, your product will be shipped directly from our supplier to your delivery address. Therefore, please note that our delivery times may vary due to various factors, such as the chosen delivery services, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Innopp's control. We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee delays that are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding and we will do everything we can to deliver your order to you as soon as possible.

Free Shipping:
We deliver our products to many places in the world. For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium we offer free shipping. For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium shipping costs may be charged.

Track & Trace:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace number that will allow you to track the progress of your delivery in real time. This way, you are always up to date on the status of your order.

Delivery & Absence:
Please make sure you are home when your order is delivered. If you are not home, your package will be stored in the warehouse and it may take a while before it can be delivered again. Keep a close eye on the track number for updates on your delivery.
